Are your sneakers really vegan?
Yes, 100%. Our vegan boots and shoes are made without any animal-derived materials. We use premium eco-friendly alternatives, including recycled ocean plastics and plant-based textiles.
Where are your shoes made?
All our footwear is handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans, using ethically sourced, sustainable materials. We use recycled ocean plastics, plant-based leather alternatives, and low-impact dyes to minimise our environmental footprint.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy during which you must inform us that you would like to return an item.
The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.
