At The Vegan Boots, we’re committed to crafting high-quality, sustainable footwear that you’ll love. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read below for our return and refund guidelines.
 
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.Returns requested after this period, or items showing signs of wear, may not be accepted.
 
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page or email hello@theveganboots.com with your order number and reason for return.Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
 
3. Processing Your Return
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.You’ll receive an email notification once the return is accepted and your refund has been issued to your original payment method.Refunds may take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello@theveganboots.com with a description and clear photos of the issue.We will offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund—your satisfaction matters to us.
 
5. Non-Returnable Items & Made-to-Order Exceptions
Because all of our sneakers are made-to-order in line with our commitment to reducing waste, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order footwear unless damaged or faulty.
- Custom or limited-edition items.
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear.
