1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Due to our made-to-order model, please allow 7–14 business days for processing and production. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking details (where available).This model helps us reduce waste and maintain our commitment to sustainable practices.
 
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@theveganboots.com within 2 hours of purchase, including your order number and email address. After this time, we may have already begun production and cannot guarantee cancellation.
 
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, especially during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days from dispatch, contact us at hello@theveganboots.com so we can assist you.
 
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working on expanding—stay tuned for updates!
 
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable third-party couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we aim for consistent service, delays due to weather, courier issues, or external events may occur and are outside our control.
 
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. The Vegan Boots is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect addresses.If your order is returned due to address errors, a re-shipping fee may apply.
 
7. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see this in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. All shipping updates will be sent from hello@theveganboots.com.
